Modern standards at transport security require detection of threats made from ferrous, non-ferrous metals and non-magnetic alloys when intense passenger traffic. NEOSCAN starts a joint project on introduction of an unique arch metal detector CEIA PMD2PLUS / EZ (Elliptic) to Moscow Underground.

Modern standards for ensuring transport security require detection of all threat types made from the both ferrous and non-ferrous metals, as well as from special non-magnetic alloys at condition of intense passenger traffic.

NEOSCAN starts testing the unique metal detector CEIA PMD2PLUS / EZ (Elliptic) at the Undergroud stations according to a special testing program.

CEIA PMD2 Plus / EZ accurately detects and indicates positions of threats even in body cavities, analyzing and instantly displaying the prevailing composition. At the same time, PMD2 Plus / EZ efficiently selects personal belongings, processing intensive flows of visitors.

CEIA PMD2 Plus / EZHD has the lowest False Alarm Rate, high throughput and minimal need for additional screening.

CEIA PMD2PLUS / EZ differs from analogs in increased selectivity, up to five times higher discrimination and efficiency of inspection of fast moving objects, the most accurate detection of weapons and other objects, excellent resistance to electromagnetic interference and mechanical vibrations.
