Algorithm 1 - We guarantee that any customer, who has purchased any unit of Smiths Detection, CEIA, or UVIScan, will get all the necessary:
to efficiently use the technologies, ensure their continuous operation, be warn and eliminate possible technical malfunctions, be sure of the operation safety.
To achieve those, we will:
• come to your premises for diagnosis,
• provide spare parts instead of failed ones,
• repair, restore equipment, offer warranty and post-warranty maintenance
• provide trainings on the equipment basic functions
Algorithm 2 - If you plan yet to acquire a screening equipment, we will provide a comprehensive technical support: our experts will develop an optimal solution for your conditions, you will get an extended warranty period and maintenance by authorized engineers, receive original spare parts.
With the equipment, we will deliver to you the actual local certificates, such as:
1) “Radiation Safety Standards (NRB-99/2009)” SanPiN 2.6.1.2523-09;
2) “Basic Sanitary Rules on Radiation Safety” (OSPORB-99/2010) ”, SP2.6.1.2612-10;
3) “Hygienic requirements for ensuring radiation safety when handling radiation inspection equipment”, SanPiN 2.6.1.2369-08;
To operate X-ray inspection equipment in Russia, one must have an appropriate license (See the point 3.4.1 at the OSPORB-99/2010 and RF Government Decree No. 278).
The most important part in getting of such a license is development of X-ray unit layout project, which must be done by a licensed Company. The sanitary-epidemiological conclusion is issued upon the project examination.
NEOCAN will develop the project on the X-ray unit layout professionally, efficiently and on time.
Algorithm 3 - If you have already a fleet of screening equipment, we will implement for you a long-term contract for 24/7/365 maintenance service anywhere in Russia. Upon your request, we will provide a round-the-clock duty at your facility.
Algorithm 4 - We audit security level at your facility and offer a program for its optimization. We will assist in planning and implementation, including development of individual integrated solutions.
